Two-Arm Kettlebell Row

How to do it

Two kettlebells in front of your feet. Knees slightly bent, hips well back and torso nearly parallel to the floor with a flat back. Grab both handles and row to your belly with the elbows going back and close to your body, squeezing the shoulder blades at the top; lower to a full stretch. With both hands the torso does not have to resist rotation and you can load more than one-armed, but **your lower back is holding all of it**: once the back rounds, the set is over. The classic mistake is raising your torso as the kettlebells come up.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
