How to do it
Straps at chest height. Take a handle in each hand and lean back with your body straight, head and chest up and arms extended. Pull by flexing the elbow and driving the shoulder blades back until your hands reach your ribs; lower under control letting the shoulder reach forward. **The more horizontal you get, the heavier it is**, and you set that by walking your feet. The straps let your hand rotate freely, which is kind to the elbow. The classic mistake is letting the hips drop: straight from heels to head.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
