Standing Hip Circles

How to do it

Begin standing on one leg, holding to a vertical support. Raise the unsupported knee to 90 degrees. This will be your starting position. Open the hip as far as possible, attempting to make a big circle with your knee. Perform this movement slowly for a number of repetitions, and repeat on the other side.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
