Sled Reverse Flye

How to do it

Two handles attached to a lightly loaded sled, facing it with the rope tight. Take both handles with your arms crossed in front and open them out with the elbow nearly straight into a T; step back to regain tension and repeat. Since the sled does not pull back, **there is no eccentric**: you can do a lot of rear-delt volume with no soreness and no fatigue. The classic mistake is loading it too heavy and ending up rowing instead of opening.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
