Sled Overhead Triceps Extension

How to do it
Attach two handles to the sled with rope and face **away** from it, hands overhead with the elbows bent. Extend your forearms forward to straight arms, step forward to regain tension and repeat. With no eccentric — the sled does not pull back — you can do a lot of volume without loading the elbow, which is exactly what the triceps appreciate. The classic mistake is loading the sled too heavy: here your arms set the weight, not your legs.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
