Sled Drag - Harness

How to do it
Load the sled and attach the strap to a harness over your shoulders or waist. Face away from the sled, lean forward and walk with powerful strides, pushing the floor away with each foot. With a harness your hands are free, so the limit is your legs and not your grip, and you can cover long distances. With no eccentric there is no soreness. The classic mistake is walking on your toes: the whole foot lands and the drive comes from the heel and glute.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
