Single Leg Butt Kick

How to do it

Begin by standing on one leg, with the bent knee raised. This will be your start position. Using a countermovement jump, take off upward by extending the hip, knee, and ankle of the grounded leg. Immediately flex the knee and attempt to touch your butt with the heel of your jumping leg.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
