Single-Leg Stride Jump

How to do it

Stand to the side of a box with your inside foot on top of it, close to the edge. Begin by swinging the arms upward as you push through the top leg, jumping upward as high as possible. Attempt to drive the opposite knee upward. Land in the same position that you started, using your inside leg to decelerate the impact.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
