Single-Leg Lateral Hop

How to do it

Stand to the side of a cone or hurdle. To get into the start position, stand on one leg with your knee slightly bent. To begin, execute a counterjump to hop sideways over the cone. Land on your jumping leg, and immediately rebound out of it by jumping back to the start position. Continue hopping back and forth.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
