See-Saw Press (Alternating Side Press)

How to do it

Standing with a dumbbell in each hand, bring them to shoulder height and turn your wrists so the palms face you. Press one up **leaning your torso slightly to the opposite side**, and as it comes down start the other one up. The seesaw never stops: one shoulder is always holding weight. The side lean brings obliques into every rep. The classic mistake is exaggerating the lean until it becomes a windmill: the torso tilts a little, it does not bend.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
