Seated Two-Arm Palms-Up Low-Pulley Wrist Curl

How to do it

Set a bench in front of a low pulley with a straight or EZ bar. Sit, rest your forearms on your thighs with **palms up** and your wrists past your knees, and grip the bar. Open the wrist fully downwards and close it lifting the bar. The cable keeps tension at the bottom too, where a free bar stops weighing anything: that is why the stretch actually works. The classic mistake is sitting too far away, which changes the angle and turns the pull horizontal.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
