Seated One-Arm Dumbbell Palms-Up Wrist Curl

How to do it

Sit on a bench with a dumbbell in one hand, rest that forearm on the thigh of the same side with your wrist past your knee and the **palm up**, and hold it with your other hand. Let the wrist open downwards, even letting the dumbbell roll towards your fingers, and close it lifting with the wrist. One-armed the range is cleaner and you can add the finger portion. The classic mistake is skipping the stretch at the bottom because the weight is too heavy.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
