Rope Climb

How to do it
Grab the rope with both hands above your head. Pull down with a small jump, wrap the rope around one leg and pinch it with your feet: **the feet hold the weight and the hands only climb**, which is what turns an impossible climb into a repeatable one. Reach as high as you can, grip hard, release the feet and re-pinch higher. You feel the lats, the biceps and above all the forearms. The classic mistake is climbing with the arms alone: you get two metres and you are done.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
