Parallel Bar Dip

How to do it
Stand between the parallel bars, one hand on each, and hop up until your arms are straight and your body hangs. **Torso as upright as possible and elbows tucked**: that is what makes it a triceps exercise; lean forward and the work goes to the chest. Lower until the elbow passes 90 degrees and press. The classic mistake is going lower than the shoulder allows: if you feel the front of the shoulder, cut the range.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
