Mixed Grip Chin

How to do it
Grip the bar an inch or so wider than your shoulders with **one palm facing you and one facing away**. Hang with straight arms, brace your abs so you do not swing and pull with the elbows driving to your sides until your chin clears the bar; lower under control. A mixed grip splits the work: the supinated arm takes more biceps, the pronated one more lat. **Swap hands between sets**, every time. The classic mistake is doing every set with the same hand forward and ending up with one shoulder rotated relative to the other.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
