Kettlebell Windmill

How to do it
One kettlebell in front of your lead foot and one overhead on the opposite arm, locked out and **in your line of sight**. Turn your toes away from the overhead arm and push your hip out as you lower your torso sideways, sliding your free hand down your leg. Come up squeezing the obliques. It is a side bend under an overhead load: obliques, hip and shoulder stability at once. **Start with no weight.** The classic mistake is bending the bottom knee: that leg stays straight.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
