Kettlebell One-Legged Deadlift

How to do it

Kettlebell in one hand and stand **on the leg on that same side**, knee slightly bent. Push your hips back, lowering your torso and letting the free leg rise behind you in line with your back, while the bell travels down close to the standing leg. Return squeezing the glute. You feel the hamstring and glute of the standing side, and your whole foot working to stay level. The classic mistake is letting the hip open out: both hips point at the floor, like two headlights.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
