Kettlebell Arnold Press
Shoulders · Kettlebell
How to do it
Clean the kettlebell to your shoulder and let it rest on your forearm with the **palm facing you**. Press up while rotating the wrist through the rep, so you finish overhead with the palm forward and the elbow locked. Lower reversing the rotation. That turn makes the delt work from front to side in a single rep, and with a kettlebell the weight also hangs behind your hand and makes you hold on. The classic mistake is rotating only at the end: the turn is continuous through the whole press.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
