Iron Crosses (stretch)

How to do it

Lie face down on the floor, with your arms extended out to your side, palms pressed to the floor. This will be your starting position. To begin, flex one knee and bring that leg across the back of your body, attempting to touch it to the ground near the opposite hand. Promptly return the leg to the starting postion, and quickly repeat with the other leg.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
