Front Cone Hops (or hurdle hops)

How to do it

Set up a row of cones or other small barriers, placing them a few feet apart. Stand in front of the first cone with your feet shoulder width apart. This will be your starting position. Begin by jumping with both feet over the first cone, swinging both arms as you jump.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
