Double Kettlebell Windmill
Core · Kettlebell
How to do it
One kettlebell on the floor in front of your lead foot and one overhead, opposite arm locked and your eyes on it. Turn your toes out and lower your torso sideways **until you can grip the bell on the floor**, keeping the top one perfectly vertical. Stand up with both. It is the windmill loaded at both ends: the obliques work against the top weight and the bottom one at once. **Advanced.** The classic mistake is taking your eyes off the top bell.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
