Double Kettlebell Snatch
Shoulders · Kettlebell
How to do it
Two kettlebells behind your feet. Bend your knees and sit back to grab them, swing them hard between your legs and reverse by snapping the hips open. Let them travel up close to your body and, at the last moment, **punch your hand through the handle, rotating the wrist** to receive them overhead with locked elbows. Lower them letting the handles rotate back. The classic mistake is not rotating in time and taking the handle on your forearm: if that happens you are turning late, not gripping wrong.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
