Decline EZ Bar Triceps Extension

How to do it

Lock your legs into the decline bench and lie back with an EZ bar gripped on its narrow section, arms straight over your chest. **With the elbows anchored**, lower the bar to your forehead or slightly behind your head bending only the forearms, and extend. The decline lengthens the stretch on the long head and the EZ bar sets the wrist at an angle that does not nag. The classic mistake is letting the elbows drift towards your face to handle more weight: the upper arm stays still.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
