How to do it
Take the implement in a **zercher hold**: the bar in the crook of your elbows, one hand gripping the other wrist. Lift by extending the hips with your chest very high, and walk in a circle around the axis for as long as you can hold it. The load pulls forward and down non-stop, so the first thing to give is your upper back, not your legs. Keep breathing: holding your breath ends the lap early. The classic mistake is letting the chest drop; when the torso rounds, the walk is over.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
