Box Jump (Multiple Response)

How to do it

Assume a relaxed stance facing the box or platform approximately an arm's length away. Arms should be down at the sides and legs slightly bent. Using the arms to aid in the initial burst, jump upward and forward, landing with feet simultaneously on top of the box or platform.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
