Body Tricep Press
Triceps · Bodyweight
How to do it
Set a bar in the rack at chest height. Standing, grip at shoulder width and walk your feet back until you are leaning, body straight. **Bend only the elbows**, letting your head pass under the bar, and extend to return, keeping the elbows tucked. It is a skull crusher with your own bodyweight: you set the load by how far you lean. The classic mistake is pressing with your chest as in a push-up: if the elbows flare, it is no longer triceps.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
