Alternating Kettlebell Press

How to do it

Clean both kettlebells to your shoulders: extend hips and knees and let them rotate around the wrist to rest on your forearm. Standing tall, ribs down and glutes squeezed, press **one only** to a locked elbow beside your ear; lower it and press the other. The handle hangs behind your hand, so the forearm works the whole time. The classic mistake is letting the wrist fold back under the handle: knuckles to the ceiling and a straight wrist, or you will end up sore without having lifted anything.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
