3/4 Sit-Up

How to do it

Lie on the floor with your feet anchored and knees bent, hands behind or beside your head without pulling on your neck. Curl up until your torso is perpendicular to the floor and lower **only three quarters of the way**: your back never fully settles before the next rep. That is the entire point: the abs never get a rest. The classic mistake is going all the way down once you tire, which is exactly when the exercise starts counting.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
