How to do it

Saddle at hip height: with the pedal down, the knee is nearly straight but not locked. Pedal in circles, pushing and pulling, at 80 to 95 revolutions per minute. Back comfortable, shoulders relaxed. It is the lowest-impact cardio and the one that interferes least with tomorrow's leg session.
