How to do it
Drop to a plank, do the push-up if it is prescribed, jump your feet back under you and jump up. The most useful advice is about pacing: **do not blow up on the first set**, find a rhythm you can hold to the end. Mind your lower back on the way down and when you jump the feet in; as fatigue arrives, the back rounds.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
