Elevación lateral con goma
Shoulders · Band
How to do it
Stand on one end of the band with the foot on the OPPOSITE side to the working arm and take the other end in your hand; the arm hangs across the front of your body. Raise out to the side to shoulder height with the elbow nearly fixed and lower slowly. A band gives little resistance at the bottom and a lot at the top, the exact opposite of a dumbbell: which is why the two together cover the whole range. You feel the side of the shoulder, especially up high. Bands suit high reps, 15-20.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
